Exploratory analysis of past product sales and their evolution, including category trends, target customers, costs, and other key factors.

Exploratory analysis of competitors in the potential new product category, including their location, pricing, and market positioning.

Reporting of key findings from both analyses, highlighting critical insights and strategic implications.

Results presentation to the client.
