Phase 1: Studies protocol definition
Based on the client's project, I designed a two-step protocol consisting of both qualitative and quantitative studies to ensure a comprehensive analysis.
Phase 2: Qualitative Study
This study took the form of semi-structured interviews with end users to identify the strengths and weaknesses of current tools and understand the underlying reasons. The results were analyzed to determine the key requirements for these tools.
Phase 3: Quantitative Study
Building on the requirements identified during the interviews, I conducted a quantitative study through an online survey to extract usage clusters of these tools, leading to the development of managerial recommendations for the company.
Phase 4: Results presentation
Presentation of the identified requirements and software usage clusters to the client, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
